This salad is high in Vitamin A & C to nourish your skin and boost your immune system. Packed with phytonutrients (parsley and orange) which are high in antioxidants to support the liver and blood as well as reducing inflammation and kickstarting our immune system.
¼ head of red cabbage
1 fennel bulb
1 large bunch of flat-leaf parsely
10 dates (harder, drier dates work best here)
10 stalks of thyme (it’s worth getting the fresh stuff over dried)
150g of good quality fetta cheese
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp honey
1 large garlic clove
Salt + Pepper
2 tbsp sesame seeds
A handful of pumpkin or sunflower seeds, toasted
